We continue to celebrate our 10th year by recognizing that our success is possible only because of the dedicated board of directors leading the way, our joyful and tremendous group of runners and the incredibly talented coaches we’ve been fortunate enough to work with. Our numbers keep climbing so as a result we have a large group of very happy women running running both outdoors and taking advantage of our winter session indoors.
Many of our runners continue to train for races of all distances but there are also many that are with us just for the camaraderie and the structure of our weekly workouts. There’s nothing like running with a group of women - it’s a mutual admiration society!
As we look forward, we are anticipating more great workouts, new members and continued support and encouragement as we pursue our running goals. Join us!

A Preview of What's to Come ....
2014-2015 SSRC MEMBERSHIP. Our new membership year begins April 1! To rejoin SSRC please download the membership form/waiver for 2014-2015. Fill it out and mail with your check (payable to "SSRC") for $150 to Margaret Randle. If you aren't a member of USATF already, please join as it is a requirement for SSRC membership. Thanks!!
Boston Charity Runners. Striders who are running the marathon for a charity are welcome to put their links to their fundraising pages on this website. Please send your information to Hilda. Your link will appear on the Runners Raising Funds page.
Boston Marathon Training Program. Kathy has put together an 11 week marathon training program for those training for Boston. Please click here. Kathy has also put together a 16 week marathon training program.
Winter Track. We are now meeting on Wednesday mornings at the Babson College Indoor Track. We will be meeting there through the end of March. If you wish to join us indoors, there is an additional $60 fee. Please bring it to the workout or mail it to Margaret. You also must have a current USATF membership to workout indoors. It is a requirement of Babson College. Workouts will continue to be posted on the Weekly Workouts Page.
